Training Plan and Analysis Updated

Here's a graph to show my abilities (lol, I knew it wouldn't be long endurance)
I have done some power tests of 5 second, 20 second, 30 second and 3 minute test.
I still have to do a 20 minute test...and the dreaded 60 minutes.

I hope to up the one minute soon. (I got it from 7.0 to 7.2 @ 487. Died around 55 seconds or so.)
